Together with Feel Better with Yoga, we offer small, personalized yoga classes.  We believe that everyone, including the inflexible, the injured, the elderly, the sedentary, the chronically ill and the stressed or anxious, can do yoga because the foundation of yoga lies in the breath, and everyone breathes.  

No matter your needs or limitations, you will benefit.  In part due to the physical movements, but in greater part due to yoga's ability to help us to calm and self-soothe.
